How long is the transfer from CTS Airport to Niseko?

Usually about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on snow, traffic, rest stops and your exact accommodation.

Can we bring ski and snowboard bags?

Yes. Please enter the number of ski or snowboard bags. When fully occupied, Alphard can carry 1 ski/snowboard bag, while Hiace can carry up to 4 ski/snowboard bags.

Which vehicle should we choose?

Choose Alphard for up to 5 guests with 4 medium suitcases or 1 ski/snowboard bag. Choose Hiace for up to 9 guests with 12 medium suitcases or 4 ski/snowboard bags.

Do you provide private transfers only?

Yes. The launch service focuses on private door-to-door transfers, not shared buses.

Can you pick us up from Sapporo hotel?

Yes. We can pick up from Sapporo Station, Susukino, Odori, Nakajima Park and major hotels.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Please provide your flight number. Pickup timing can be adjusted according to the actual arrival status.

What is the payment policy?

Full prepayment is required after availability is confirmed. We will send a secure online credit card payment link or domestic Japanese bank transfer details with the confirmation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to limited vehicle availability in Hokkaido, cancellations made more than 240 hours before travel incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations within 240 hours of travel are charged in full.

How long can the driver wait?

Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting time. Hotel pickups include 30 minutes. Extra waiting may be available at JPY 10,000 per 30 minutes if the driver has no following booking. If the driver cannot wait because of a following booking, the vehicle will depart and the booking will be considered completed.
