Payment and cancellation policy

Payment: Full prepayment is required after availability is confirmed. A secure online credit card payment link or domestic Japanese bank transfer details will be sent with the confirmation.

Cancellation: Due to limited vehicle availability in Hokkaido, cancellations made more than 240 hours before travel incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations within 240 hours of travel are charged in full.

Waiting time: Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting time. Hotel pickups include 30 minutes. If the driver has no following booking, extended waiting may be available at JPY 10,000 per 30 minutes. If the driver has a following booking and cannot wait, the vehicle will depart and the booking will be considered completed.
