Cancellation: Due to limited vehicle availability in Hokkaido, cancellations made more than 240 hours before travel incur a 30% handling fee. Cancellations within 240 hours of travel are charged in full.

Waiting time: Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting time. Hotel pickups include 30 minutes. Extra waiting may be available at JPY 10,000 per 30 minutes when the driver has no following booking.
